We had an incredible experience with our own au pair—someone who became part of our family. But along the way, we also saw the other side: how many au pairs were struggling to find the right fit, especially when things didn’t go as planned.

Finding a rematch often meant anonymous Facebook posts, blurred photos, or silence. It felt unfair for something so important.
